I had a similar brush made by another company a few years ago and it did a great job removing pet hair from fabric to remove. Some of their coarser hairs are sometimes driven deeper into the fabric - when it has already begun weaving in; but for us it was just a few hairs in a thousand and I could pluck them out with my fingers. But if you have a short-haired dog with a very coarse coat, you may have more problems with wool weaving than we do. OXO removes hair from fabric better than our branded vacuum. I am very happy with it.
