They fit perfectly in my spice jars, even the size of a tablespoon. I cook a lot of Indian food and was very disappointed with my tall narrow American style spice jars and even considered getting an Indian spice storage set (jars are short and thick instead of tall and narrow) but this solves my problem. game changer!
