This tripod is cheap compared to some other all metal brands but just as good. Feels very good, the metal handles don't feel like they can be removed easily, definitely a quality stand. The ONLY thing you need to consider though is that if you have something really heavy it may tip over as the 'base' of these coasters isn't very heavy so something super heavy like a really heavy light with a heavy softbox can tend to tilt. If you do tip over, get a C-style stand for really heavy stuff. But for basic softboxes, regular lights, and other basic camera accessories, these stands are by far the best.
