Useful for massage therapy but expensive for what they are

These differently shaped hand roller devices are very useful for various deep tissue massages. They help relieve tension, pain and various other aches and pains. I use a ball and a small cylinder for the legs. I put them under my feet and ride back and forth to relieve foot problems. I place the larger cylinder (or double ball) on the floor and lie on it with my lower back if my back feels tight. Using this massage accessory along with regular stretching will definitely contribute to health and prevent injury. While these are really useful devices for massaging different parts of the body, I don't think it's worth the cost ($31). These products are made from ultra-lightweight foam. When I first received the package I thought I had received an empty box. The foam seems to hold its shape for the most part. But I think if you aggressively put heavy weight on the rollers you can deform them (especially underfoot). IMO I think if this product cost $15-20 that would be the best representation of its value. Update: if you check out Revain you'll find another set that includes an extra tool (roller bar) with a storage pouch. for about $25
