Simple and Easy Foam Roller Set to Relieve Muscle Tension

I ordered a foam roller set after visiting a physical therapist. There are four different types of foam rollers that you can order. There are typical large and small cylindrical foam rollers, as well as single and double ball rollers. All of them are very light but quite strong. Practical exercise and massage set

This set contains four parts. When I bought it I thought I would probably use the big scooter more often. For some of the exercises I do I really need a good roller to get the best results. This roll is the right length and diameter, just the size I'm looking for. It is strong and durable, very helpful in weight gain for core training. Useful for massage therapy but expensive for what they are

These differently shaped hand roller devices are very useful for various deep tissue massages. They help relieve tension, pain and various other aches and pains. I use a ball and a small cylinder for the legs. I put them under my feet and ride back and forth to relieve foot problems.
