We have these sandals in all sizes for all three of our boys and they are bang on. They wear so well that all 3 boys will wear the same pair. We had to get a new size 4 for our youngest who started walking at 9 months. They are ideal for young hikers with narrow feet. All of our boys have narrow feet and sit very well on their feet. They offer good traction and good ground feel. They can be a bit smelly when it's hot, but the smell dissipates quickly and when heavily soiled, they machine wash well. When it's cold but not snowing, wear these sandals with socks. We use them all year round.
