When it works it works GREAT but takes a lot of effort to install with conflicting instructions. Tech support is patchy, from techs who REALLY know their stuff to total jerks who contradict each other (You can tell I've contacted tech support A LOT. Installation comes with a utility called P (something) Editor which should install your label sizes. Mostly so The editor sets label sizes that conflict with the printer and CANNOT be changed! In fact the editor has a drop down box that lists label sizes that will NOT change the settings if selected A label size sold by Brother NOT EVEN SAMPLE in the drop down But when it finally works it's great The last one I bought IS NOT WORKING YET because the label size (which Brother sells ) cannot be set.
