HIGH-STRENGTH: Heat-treated Grade 70 carbon steel chain provides a strong and reliable hold. Heavy duty ratchet chain binder is made from forged steel. EASY-TO-USE: Grade 70 transport chain features a high strength-to-weight ratio that makes it light and easy to maneuver. Clevis grab hooks at both ends provide safe, no-slip handling. Ratchet load binder with smooth ratcheting mechanism makes it easy to tighten chains safely. INCLUDES: (1) painted forged steel load binder with Clevis grab hooks for safe, no-slip handling. Assembly break strength (ABS), 16,200 lb. working load limit (WLL) 5,400 lbs. (1) Grade 70 carbon steel transport chain with yellow zinc chromate finish for rust resistance and DOT identification. 5/16 in. x 20 ft. long. ABS, 18,800 lbs. WLL, 4,700 lbs. All tie-downs meet or exceed DOT requirements.

Through trial and error, I found that it is easy to use and adjust to the proper tension needed to keep the load stable. Great suggestion for a chain and binding combo.

Chain and sling work great when used correctly. The packaging could use more attention. This is a very heavy item, the thin box has been opened and badly damaged in transit.
