Once installed, sitting in a boat on a trailer this thing sounds GREAT. Good bass response, good features with easy to use bluetooth. Then we turn on the engine. Random and very loud POP sounds. This is inappropriate. I opened a support case at BossAudio.com asking how to resolve this issue. They immediately told me how to start the RMA process, giving them the information I had already given them. Then a few weeks go by and I can't get them to answer at all. Even if we take it back, it will be replaced with the same model that probably has the same problem. I wish they would actually talk to me and fix the problem. I cannot recommend this radio due to this fatal error and terrible product support.
