Until someone else does it better, that's about it. Like everything, it's built for a price, and it shows. The plastic is light and cheap, the cable is stiff and doesn't stretch. He pulls the radio out of his belt pouch and doesn't wrap it around his back to his lapels. It's too short. If you get it, if you just have to tilt your head to speak normally, it's pretty tight and tugs at your shirt. The rocker loves to get stuck in the down position causing an open/hot mic situation and this is only day three. It does what it says on the tin, I just wish it could be done better and a little bit more. Because it's small in my hand, it's difficult to use and I have to consciously place a finger where I want it. You can usually put the mic in the palm of your hand and bend your finger to squeeze whatever you like, in this case it's more of a pinch. When it's windy it's natural to wrap your arms around the mic, and with this mic you need two hands to do it. I sent an email to mirkit with my feedback.
