Review on TTartisan 50Mm F1 2 Aperture Compatible by Billy Reeves

Ugly beast bokeh. for camera and photography

I am a retired professional photojournalist. I ordered it for my Fuji XPro2. I really wanted this lens to be liked, if only because unlike most Chinese lenses it has apertures and apertures. It's a great build and the focus and aperture rings are excellent. Unfortunately, it has a terrible aperture blade design that gives you really ugly bokeh. If you don't have lights in your background that create a round bokeh, you'll probably be fine most of the time. Beyond f/1.2, however, the bokeh becomes progressively uglier. Spend about $20 more and buy the 7Artisans 55mm f/1.4 and I think you'll be a lot happier.
