The replacement screen comes in a well-packed box to avoid damage. After installation, everything worked, there were no delays. I saw a few reviews about the poor quality of the product, but that's not my case, everything was fine. I hope I don't have to buy it a second time but if the screen cracks again I will definitely be back.
