32 weeks pregnant with twins in 90 degree weather and so swollen and painful feet. I wish I bought these WEEKS ago. They are gel inside and so comfortable to walk on. Packaging was great as well! Comes with a littleBag to store in the freezer. These are legit a life saver! (I never write reviews but this was worth it!)
