It may be simple, but it's well made. The dowels are ground evenly and have no splinters. The straps are sewn on with no skipped stitches. It's $15 which seems reasonable considering the size. I wasn't expecting it to be that big but it turned out to be comfortable for its size. I really think more hooks are needed since I have more ponytails and hair ties than headbands and bows, but it's still cute! It really is the perfect addition to any child's bedroom or nursery. If you don't have enough space, you can have an addiction.
