This king size buckwheat pillow is a good choice, I appreciate it compared to the traditional Japanese pillows, suitable for travel. However, as a side sleeper, I found it underfilled with buckwheat and had to add buckwheat to this pillow. I often use buckwheat products and this is an unusual complaint as most products of this type are intentionally overstuffed to allow the user to adjust the pillow's filling to the desired level. I suggest adding extra buckwheat to your order if you sleep on your side and don't have it on hand. When I fill it with my desired buckwheat filling, it's a five star pillow for comfort, sleep quality, and support for my post-op neck with severe arthritis. Generally, extra buckwheat is a good idea for regular users of these products at some point as the product wears out with use and needs to be updated with extra new buckwheat, this takes time and the pillows don't wear out like most pillows do with the expiration date service for about six months. Spans sure, I've been using the same buckwheat pillow for years. I've only added buckwheat once or twice during this time, and not much, but a little in proportion to the pillow as needed, a little goes a long way.
