If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. This is by far the best trash can. I was talking about getting because of the cost. I'm so glad I did. Easy to pour by using the handle on the back and sliding the black piece on top to open the spout. It's easy to move from room to room by pulling up the black handle and moving on wheels. Easy to refill by lifting the two side handles and removing the cap. It easily holds over 25 pounds of trash. Honestly it would be nice for cat food too, but there was already a container. This is definitely a must buy! And the cat can't get in!
