Review on MSI Non Glare FreeSync Optix MAG301CR2 200Hz Curved Monitor with High Dynamic Range for Immersive Gaming Experience by Christopher Liu

There is only 1 option for 60Hz. I connected it to my MSI 75Thin laptop but it doesn't work at 200Hz, not even 144Hz. I've used HDMI 4k and 8k and still nothing, the displayport exists on this laptop not and I've tried the Displayport adapter and I'm still not sure what I'm doing wrong. Cool display but no instructions on how to use the 200hz setting without a displayport... as far as I understand it only shows 60hz.
