Not as effective for meal planning
Bought because I made beach bodies, they're great for portion size but not very good for packing lunch on the go as you need multiple containers. Also like the greens, some programs require you to have 4 servings per day. So if you only buy one set, you will have to wash them all the time. However, as a measuring device they work well.
