I have a $65 SSD HD P500 product that arrives FAT 32 formatted. If you change it to NTFS, the drive will disappear in Windows 10. If you reformat to FAT 32, it will reappear. I tried everything for about three hours and couldn't decide: drivers, HP customer service; even S/N is not recognized even if countries are changed/converted. Halfway through, I found another reviewer who reported EXACTLY the same issue.
