If you have a simple project in mind, you might like this. I liked the idea of the subtle retro colors and patterns, but the paper itself wasn't what I expected. It looks more like thin paper for scrapbooking (and I mean PAPER, not cardboard) than origami kami paper. It's also chewy and not as crispy. With it you can fold several simple models where the thickness and spread of the paper are not a problem. It wouldn't be bad for a beginner who won't be using it for complex models, but it can be used for other paperwork as well. Keep in mind that some patterns are directional, so they will appear upside down or sideways on some folds when used for origami. Definitely some fun and different patterns that you won't find anywhere else.
