Bag received two days after ordering. I love its colour, size and feel, it has an almost buttery texture. It fits a lot. I can carry a book, notepad, diary, makeup bag/cosmetic bag, pencil case, wallet, glasses case, anything with room for more. The straps were a bit stiff at first since they are new, but I was able to adjust them easily. I have a feeling that over time I will break the handbag and wear and tear will make it less rigid and more pliable making it an even more attractive bag. I hope and hope it lasts a long time. The matching purse is fantastic and made with the same care. I would recommend this bag to others. hope to give to others!
