They also credited me with an extra percentage on my next purchase from them. The seller is very, very, very pleasant to work with and he is very concerned about the quality of the goods he sells. I stumbled upon one that accidentally escaped the review process for some reason. Otherwise there are no other problems with it. Thank you GJASE. Not satisfied with a broken zipper. I wasn't expecting that from a $128 carrier. Now I have to take care of the safety of the goods. No time to return it or order a new one, my cat's appointment at the vet is coming up and that's all I need now to transport her. Dissatisfied. The safety of such an item should come first in the manufacturing process, as should durable materials that are firmly bonded together. I will no longer buy from this company.
