Review on Canto by Justin Ferguson

The ability for users within our organization (and outside) can upload content without having any knowledge at how it is structured or organized internally by others who have more expertise than themselfs! This makes sense if you are going through an organizational change but not so much when things were working well before hand - we had some issues finding files that needed updating which was really frustrating as there could be many reasons why this file may need updated/updated again etc! We solved one issue though; being able't find certain types of documents quickly anymore due too structure changes made elsewhere!!
