My first experience with this seller. I was sent the wrong item and when I notified the seller they immediately refunded this item to me and I was very pleased with their acknowledgment of the problem. I reordered the item I wanted and received it within 3 days even though I chose standard shipping. I have used these transfers and found them very good and plan to use the rest of the transfers and towels I have ordered. Everything seems to be of very good quality and the translations are so diverse that I couldn't find them in our local stores. I was very happy that I was able to find the motifs I was looking for. I would recommend this seller, these transfers and towels.
