Great! I received one that didn't entirely satisfy me and contacted the seller. They told me to return it and they gave me my money back so I bought another one. The second is much better. The colors are much lighter and the positioning of the straps that allow it to be converted into a backpack was close together, making it sit better on the back. Inside there is a large zipper (the first one didn't have one) and a small zipper. I am absolutely in love with this bag. My fiance and I both believe the first bag may have been an older model and are very impressed with the replacement.
