I got my waist trainer this morning and I've been wearing it all day since. I love it. It doesn't roll up, or down when I sit and it's comfortable. The thickness of the materail keeps you from feeling the boning, which is an issue I've had with other brands. I have a dress in my closet that I was planning on talking back because it wasn't a flattering fit, but I looked perfectly curvy in it when I put it on with the trainer. My waist is pulled in, my tummy is flat and my back looks smooth with no buldging. I'm 5'2 and I wear a size 22 - 24. I used the measurements on the size chart and got a size 5X. I'm ordering another one now. :)
