Looks bad. Bad fit. Prevents the sustained swipe up gesture.

I have Procase for iPad Pro 10.5 and I really liked it. The interior upholstery in particular looked like leather and looked good. The cutouts were accurate. And the firmware made the case look like a "beautiful” leatherette. Good case for cafes, airports etc with filled tables. Appearance: Just put Procase for 12.9 iPad Pro 2018 on a tablet. Not good. The color of brown is not the same - darker and more plastic than "skin". In the previous case, you got what you paid for and even more so in terms of looks. But for 2018, this case just doesn't add value. Actually, I don't want to keep it at all. I just checked again. The case looks cheap. There's no way around it. (I'd be curious to see black. If you're in the mood to buy this case, I'd suggest black.) (Feature): Another reviewer had something good to say about it - the iPad 2018 bezel is so thin, that the edge of the plastic edge of the case along the bottom edge of the iPad is close to making the upward swipe gesture impractical. The standout feature of this new iPad Pro 2018 is the Wake-on-Touch feature. But you still have to swipe up. And with the plastic housing, you simply can't do that with one hand. It doesn't work well at all. Just did some tests. The bar at the bottom interferes with the gesture about 80% of the time. This is really unacceptable. Because of this I think I have to return it. (Fit:) Case 10.5 fits very well. That was part of his attraction. Nice clean lines. This case is not very appropriate. The speaker holes are randomly hidden and the small bumps on the front near the front-facing camera stick out instead of lying flat. They look more like plastic than leather. Conclusion: The last Procase for 10.5 was great. Really good bag for travel or just for a walk. The case of 2018 is not unacceptable either in appearance, functionality, or size. It was a great deal for the iPad 2017. Not so for 12.9 Pro 2018. I feel like the black color can improve the looks a bit, but it adds the unacceptable functionality of the lower band. I do not recommend this case.
