It's hard to find a channel wide enough to accommodate Hue light strips at a reasonable price. These work great. I also prefer a square/flat cone design for my application over a domed/rounded one for most others. This better protects against seeing the light on the strip itself when viewed from the side. As another reviewer mentioned, the plastic lids are a bit finicky, but once you get the hang of it, it's not a problem. As with most things, you can see individual points of light from the LEDs through the diffusers if you use them where the strip is viewed directly.
