UPDATE 2: Youmaker customer service is excellent! They kindly returned my purchase (exchange was not possible due to where I live) and it was dealt with quickly. I reordered the same product and have been using it for several months now. Unlike my original case, the new one fits just as well and the screen protector stays just as stiff on the screen as it was when new - if there is any loosening it is minor and not enough to cause any problems. The S Pen stylus will dent and very lightly scratch under heavy pressure, but it has a relatively narrow and sharp tip and I think it does on any screen protector, so I don't hold it by the case. You can also only see them when the screen is off. As long as you are gentle with the stylus and don't press too hard or allow dust to get on the screen, you won't have any problems with dents or scratches. I am returning my rating to 5. This is a great case and I will buy the same when I upgrade my phone. Thanks Youmaker - keep it up! UPDATE: I wrote a rave review for this case when I first got it, but now I'm noticing issues. The protective film on the screen appeared to be stretched. It was difficult to press against the screen at first, but now there's a noticeable under-finger thump and reduced touch sensitivity (even with increased sensitivity settings enabled). I keep missing letters, so I have to go back and correct my entry. There are also a few dents on the surface where the S Pen was used. Overall, the case doesn't feel like it's holding the phone like it should. I can feel and hear the phone moving relative to the case when I'm using it. I've only been using it for two weeks and handle it with great care, so that's a little disappointing. There's still a lot to like about this case, but I don't feel like it deserves five stars right now.
