This case feels VERY solid without adding (it adds) to the weight of the phone. I definitely believe my phone is safe if I drop it. UPDATE 2: Youmaker customer service is excellent! They kindly returned my purchase (exchange was not possible due to where I live) and it was dealt with quickly. I reordered the same product and have been using it for several months now. Unlike my original case, the new one fits just as well and the screen protector stays just as stiff on the screen as it was when new - if there is any loosening it is minor and not enough to cause any problems.
