Not from us, but a good product.

I think it's for bigger hamsters than ours (Russian Dwarf). It was difficult for her to get up and she slid down. We took another brand and it was better for them. Also, these tubes are larger than others. So we just glued two types of tunnels together. Doesn't look great, but works. We only use pink tubes that don't rise or fall.
