Great but don't use it every day
This product is great for very damaged hair but don't use it every day. The protein will end up making your hair very heavy and very dry. It's good to use maybe 2-3 times a week with an inexpensive shampoo in between. The spray makes my hair frizzy so I won't be buying a spray set again. It's also great if you wear hair extensions.
