I prefer to make my own blends and use my own brewing baskets that suit me perfectly. But when I have a crowd and want to do a lot or my friends don't like little tea leaves at the bottom of their cups (I love my friends but I really have to laugh), they are perfect. They're pretty easy to fill and come with a cute little slim sturdy measuring spoon that's perfect for pockets. They contain a tablespoon of most of my teas. If you are a very frugal person and use the bags carefully, you can use them a few times if you don't mind rinsing them out and keeping track of what kind of tea you used in them. I am very happy with these bags. They are easy to fill and seal and brew well. I really appreciate the little shovel that came with them. Nice little bonus.
