That's why I love this product. The size. It's similar to other trigger point therapy tools I have, but others are so long (I'm a 5ft 2in female) that I can't sit comfortably and use them properly without hitting the bottom of a chair, On the other hand, the instruments have too many bells and whistles and too many protruding elements. just as good or even better. It's durable, well made and just perfect for me! I am very happy that I made this purchase.
