This remote control is currently being used with a Sony A6000. I've had a camera since 2014 and I still don't regret my first camera! I've bought this remote 3 times now because I've lost it each time. And every time they worked perfectly. I lost my first one on the beach in Okinawa lol. I usually use it for family photos or when trying to do something candid with my dogs and wife. This product comes highly recommended for the price and ease of use. I'm sure the official Sony remote will have more features and be better BUT for $11 and the ability to replace it you can't go wrong.
