Great block but don't expect it to last a lifetime. It has excellent suction power, is relatively easy to remove, and can be adjusted to almost any angle on any windshield. If you are very careful with this I would expect it to take about a year before anything happens. If, like me, you drive a car every other day, expect it to last a few months. Eventually the sticky base will fall apart - it might not break, but you'll likely lose a feather or something. I would still recommend buying it and if my second unit breaks I will buy a third. A few recommendations: 1) Save the wax paper covering the sticky disc! If you ever remove this from your jar, put the wax paper back immediately. If you don't, it immediately becomes a dust magnet. Place the device in a ziplock bag along with the wax paper to keep it fresh. 2) Use the pull tab to remove the adhesive disc from the window! DO NOT pull the device by anything other than the tab on the disc. You will ruin everything (trust me, I did it. That's why I'm on block #2) 3) Never stick this to anything other than glass. If you stick this on your dash you will almost certainly ruin it.
