Review on ☕️ De'Longhi ECP3220W White 15 Bar Espresso Machine with Advanced Cappuccino System by Dee Howard

Works great. Goes perfectly with my white Baratza grinder and no problem cleaning at all. Just wipe it down after each use or once a day. Put no more than 10-11 grams of coffee on a double bowl to fit the basket and keep the shower head clean. Take a soft brush or just go the extra mile with some paper towels to scrape the seal around the showerhead to keep it clean and prevent pressure from escaping (I've had no problems). Shots from 1/2.5 to 1/3 are great and don't worry about pressure on the baskets. They work very well and the design ensures nothing gets stuck or moldy inside. The removable filters slide out with little effort, and contrary to the reviews here, the seals don't smell of rubber. In fact, they can be made out of silicone or some other odorless material, much like the new Aeropress pistons (which is great if you use Aeropress, by the way). The frother works well, and if someone doesn't need hot froth I use a trick of throwing some ice cubes in cold milk before steaming. The cup warmer on top, although beautifully polished steel, is a joke! Another downside is that you have to remember to drain the hot water from the wand for 2 seconds before you start the jet. And make sure to toggle the main button back on or off before turning off the water to avoid accidentally spilling your espresso! One last thing, a coffee bean is enough to plug the hole, so be sure to rinse the basket and hold it under the faucet for a second or more. The pump is quite powerful and does NOT make a "weak espresso" - you just have to know what you're doing ;-) BTW this is exactly the same coffee maker as the black, red and all metal models they have different model numbers. I had to return the ECP3120 (due to a defective water tank) which was identical in features and performance to this ECP3220W.
