I like that it's easy for me as an agent/reseller, but also allows my clients who are not technical savvy enough (or don't want too) can still leave feedback! Sometimes you get "ghost" accounts which is annoying because they tend have no previous activity in them - so if this happens we cannot see when their account was created etc..
It would be nice with more filters available where these ghost users could easily identified by us agents!! Easy way of getting positive customer feed back without asking people directly about how good services were received from our business.
