The ease of use and the ability to upload documents from multiple locations makes it easy to get up and running quickly. A few things I would like are more robust reporting features (i.e., a robust search feature, etc.), and the ability to send an email directly to the organization instead of just to me. The platform does most of what you need in a relatively simple way - but if there is something you cannot find or do not know how to set up, they will help. Our company has been using this software since its inception. It was one of the first SaaS companies we used, and we've been very happy with their service.
