The seller contacted me about the missing items and asked for my shipping address, again sent the whole package with holders for free and told me to just leave the previous incomplete package (only the strap is really missing if it works) with their sincere apologies because what i have was this experience. The new holder has just arrived, all in a beautiful original packaging, including the holder, lanyard, drawstring pouch, cleaning cloth and instruction manual. This was a stark change from what I had previously received when it was just a mount in a plastic bag with no original packaging, accessories or documentation. I was planning to leave it in the DJI Fly More bag so I wouldn't miss the fabric case, but I am very disappointed with the lack a lanyard as the large tablet adds some weight to the remote and I'm not sure how I feel it should use a tablet while holding the remote without the extra support a strap might provide I have a review left for the seller hoping he will fix this as i cant rate this more than 2 stars as i cant use it for fear of dropping the remote and it or that zie possibly damaging an expensive tablet. I will change my estimate if/when the seller at least sends me the missing strap.
