I bought the Mobile Pixels Trio and it didn't live up to my expectations. I was contacted by a customer service representative named Mia. She asked very professionally what I really need and what I expect from the product. After exchanging several emails, Miya felt that the Mobile Pixels trio didn't meet my needs. Therefore, the Mobile Pixels Duex Plus was sent as a replacement. After using this product I have to say that I am very satisfied with the Mobile Pixels Duex Plus. This product is easy to install, very light and has high image quality. I am an accountant and I often travel to visit clients. Having two monitors really helps to present and display last year's data with this year's data as well as show trends and compare them. I wanted to say what great customer service, thank you Mia!
