I bought this stand as I needed a more ergonomic setup for my 'work from home' as my neck was being twisted due to my laptop monitor lowered to table height. This stand allows me to position my monitor's line of sight in the correct ergonomic position. I also really like that this boner is well made and strong. It feels like a professional workstation. It shakes a little when I type on the laptop keyboard, but I find it difficult to hold the laptop keyboard and palm rest. When I use a wireless keyboard and mouse with it, slight wobbling is no longer an issue. Anyway, I'm not afraid of dropping the laptop because the rubber grips don't let it slide at all. The tilt function is also useful as I am mostly seated but sometimes have to lie down so my required viewing direction of the monitor can change throughout the day. Whatever position the laptop is tilted in, it stays in place and I actually need two hands to change the tilt position. Personally I like it because I want it to stay where I set it, but it might be too tight for some users. Overall I'm very happy with this riser and for the price it's amazing!
