Why is it so hard to find quality items these days? It's so frustrating. I received it the other day, it's so fragile and flimsy and I guarantee you it will break after a few walks. My girlfriend is literally hanging in a bag. I got one of these many years ago (from another company) and it was incredibly well made, but also quite expensive. He is strong, sturdy and has thick padding which I still have but is too big for this dog. I searched and searched for this company where I could get a good one but couldn't find it so I started looking for other options. I can't believe how poorly available they are these days. Yes, this one was cheap so I'm going to keep it until it breaks because I need something right now. Very disappointing.
