My 3 cats didn't bother with this tree at all! We thought they would enjoy lying in buckets. We were wrong. When I took the parts out of the box to assemble, there was a funny chemical smell. None of my cats bothered me when I picked this up, that should have been a big clue. After I collected all of this, he leaned to the side. Not much, but enough to annoy. None of my cats would do that. We tried to pick them up and sit on them but they didn't bother with that tree at all. We returned it for a refund. I ended up buying a 64-inch Kitty Crows Nest from Wayfair and a Queensplace XXL and Royal Suite (made by Cat Tree King) from Revain. All cats love and enjoy it every day.
