Belt snapped, pin stuck and almost ruined Fitbit

Would like 0 stars. I tried to return it because it's not very convenient but the company just returned the order and told me to keep it. I decided to try this because I didn't have to go back. After a few days, the strap detached from the stylus connecting it to the Fitbit. I can't get the pin out. Would completely mess up my Fitbit.
