Loose connector, failed after 2 weeks, damaged monitor

Edit: Note that the seller offered more money than the refund amount to remove this review. This might affect the overall rating if others suggest and accept the same thing. -Original Review - Changes noted-for: Comes with a nice storage caseCompact form factor with lots of ports Cons: The USB-C connector is very loose and wobbles 30 degrees from the top downward. If not held within 10 degrees of center, it will constantly disconnect, resulting in a shorted connection, sometimes requiring a full PC shutdown to reinitialize the port. The HDMI port keeps dropping out. During use, the screen will turn red or blue and sometimes go blank altogether, even when the USB-C port is held still. When the system goes to sleep, the monitor port often does not work properly when it is secured. Requires USB-C power input for all functions - built-in USB-C cannot be used for additional peripherals USB 3 ports do not work reliably for peripherals - most connected devices are not recognized at all (blacked out): rather disappointing - I was hoping for that would work for at least a few months, not now. I have a damaged monitor and am returning the product. Warranty process request received no response after the recall was denied. I do not recommend. Tested on Chromebook and Windows 10 with similar results.
