These definitely do what they say they do. Pairs consistently with my Samsung phone and worked fine with my partner's iPhone. The intercom works great too though I've only trie dit with a passenger and not another rider. I had one of the headsets have weak volume in one earpiece and the manufacturer just sent me a replacement set without having to send everything back so that was a plus. Having the FM radio is an added bonus. Only thing I'd change is the volume knob takes a while to respond - you have to turn an hold it for it to change but there is a lag that has been annoying on a few occasions where the radio got super static-y. Would also be nice to be able to plug in a standard set of headphones but at this price point, I'm still very happy with my purchase.
