My 2019 Rav 4 XLE has a lighted start button. It actually has a light showing the words START/STOP on the button. If you set this element, it will be completely covered and you will no longer have a highlighted button. The start-stop button is already in the dark area of the dashboard. Although it's easy to see during the day, it's not the case at night or in the dark. I ended up just installing the ring as I didn't want to cover the backlit button. The ring barely shows its color even on a bright sunny day so it was (IMHO) a waste of money. Two stars for the quality alone. For practical use. A star.
