There are many things I like about Nasstarr - customer support! Our dedicated team at Nasstra work so hard to keep us up-to date with current technology trends and help get our clients through all their cloud migration projects in an efficient manner. They have been very responsive throughout this project which has helped ensure it runs smoothly without any issues or stress for my staff/clients. It's also nice that they give you advice when needed rather than just doing what we ask them to do as sometimes you need more time given certain factors but there always seems to be something coming along. The only downside really would be if your workload increases then you will struggle to find enough people who can dedicate themselves fully to working closely with customers during busy periods. If you're looking for someone who cares deeply about the product & its features plus understands.
