I am writing my review/experience based on the 5 minutes I spent with this case. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size! I never really paid attention to the model number and just didn't pay attention to the size and year of my MacBook. Wrong decision as the model number actually matters lol. But when I took the case out of the box, I immediately noticed that it was of excellent quality. The packaging exceeded all expectations, in a good way! It also came with 3 keyboard cases; I'm not sure if it was accidental or intentional, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. They contacted me when I started the return and mentioned that they could just send a free replacement and keep the one I had. In fact, none of my friends have a Macbook Pro of the same size, so I don't want them to sit idle. I also found another case elsewhere as this silver color was not available for my Macbook model. But I really appreciate how quickly they got in touch! I have saved this case in a different color in case I want to change it again because I really like the excellent quality of the case and the color shine was amazing too. It wasn't a real tour de force, like in my current case. In other words, the glitter won't fall off into discrete pieces over time, lol. :D
